Yearly wellness exam went as expected.

List of issues few if any suggestions but lose weight, maybe try acupuncture, get liver scan. Left swollen wrist (3yrs) swelling legs, bone on bone knees, deteriorating C6,7 also between shoulder blades, lumbar area.  Facial stuffiness, ear fluid, floppy fish heart still there.

Gotta love modern medicine.

Bear with me on this cause I have no intention of purchasing new ones that don’t do the job. I’ve sat thru months of not being able to hear sermons due to poor sound systems. Months of trying to understand the full content of a conversation. I’ll get thru this too.

It is not true to say that holiness can be attained only by a few select souls, so that ordinary goodness is sufficient for people like ourselves who have so many other things to think about and to do. Such an attitude leads to tepidity, from which it is a short and easy step to sin itself.

Let’s think about this statement. Isn’t it exactly what is being taught in protestant churches?

My mind is exhausted.
Spiritual Warfare is alive and well in this life on Earth.
Each of us has a decision to make that no one else can make for us.
We either follow Christ or satan.
Simple as that in theory.
Decidedly hard in real life.
