When things threaten to overcome us the devil uses the tactics of:
I am not able
I cannot go any further
Why are you not helping me
Why have you abandoned me
the devil is trying to trick us into giving up the fight, to make us believe that God has deserted us, that we must inevitably give in to temptation
Don’t crumble, keep the faith, don’t give up!
