Last evening I found out one of my father’s brothers passed away last July. While looking for his online obit I found another brother (2021), a sister (2017) and 3 sisters-in-law (2015, 2023, 2025) of his had passed as well. I knew when my father passed in 2009 that the connections to his family would also be gone. I just didn’t realize how fully the connection would be severed. May Ronnie, Norman, Shirley, Gail, Pat, and Cindy rest in peace. May their children find solace.
