IF on track my eating time today is 12-7. Sat. 12-7, Sun 12-7. I’m learning to stay within those frames… but but hmmm that looks so good still happens. I save a piece for my eating time.
Ya know, this whole entire health thing is all about willpower. The taking control of things that impact your life. The making of a decision on how you will react/act/perform/conform. It’s all connected to “FREE WILL” something every human being has. Something God has instilled in all of us. Something our parents were /or weren’t roll models for. Something we roll model/or don’t for our children. Something everyone who touches our lives or simply passed through our lives can see. In my day, it was called the 10 commandments/ virtues/vices. The way one should live their life to please God in this world and the next. One, we mess up on occasion and need to physically set back into order… this is called reconcilliation (confession/penance). One cannot change if one doesn’t 1st recognize what needs to be changed, make a plan for how to change it, and set that plan in order with something that reminds you when you get weak of what your goal is.

GARDENING-– are you doing that this year? I am giving it great consideration due to the high cost of food these days. Am also thinking that canning is the way to put up the garden produce since our electric grid will have an added strain on it if people buy those foolish EVs. Google the cons/pros of electric vehicles… they are not as green as you have been led to believe. Not to mention the other issues cost of replacement parts.

NT… who would think it would be so difficult to find 35 mins 2xs daily to do this? But I do, and it’s working for me, or I’m kidding myself into thinking it is. Either way the tight sock feel on my feet is lessening, the toes on my left foot feel much better and less and less like little fat sausages, the toes on my right are better but still feel like fat sausages for a part of the day.
IF… need to keep at the water consumption… it is a must for everything to work together properly.
Cpap… doing it, you know what I think. Yes, the events have lessoned greatly.
I have a handicapped van sitting in my garage. I need to find a day to get it in order. As in, power washing, and power airing the inside. Disgustingly filthy. It will be used twice a day, 3 days a week. It was insanely cheap, is in descent shape body wise and mileage wise. I will put covers on the seats. Don’t ask… really don’t ask. I tell you only because you will see it and ask… It was a weak moment… don’t ask.
Lent, lets talk about Lent. How’s it going for you? Did you get a special devotional for it? How is that? The one I got, I dislike, no not because it’s good thought provoker, but because it is too for lack of better wording, fluffy, progressive, and just not for me. I switched to the one I used last year. I feel unsatisfied- is that a good thing or bad?- time will tell. Perhaps my sights are set too high… can you do that in Lent?

Cpap… used/hated, dry mouth ugh. Need new mask, headgear, and hose. It’s farting at me.
Wild fires Texas panhandle & Canada: Powerlines destroyed, homes destroyed, towns evacuated, people & animals killed. Please pray for those who have lost everything and those who may be in the path of the fires. Anyone know how they started?

Are you still cultivating your relationship with Jesus or have you fallen back into your old ways of going thru the motions without engaging your heart? Being a good friend is hard work, you know this. Don’t give up, if you find yourself just going thru the motions head to confession. Yeah I know doesn’t seem to be anyone in that confessional these days does there. What is the point of it if the priest isn’t present? What is the point if you have to make an appointment. Well hey, I got news for you… no one comes cause the priest is never there. The priest gives the impression its no big deal. People follow their lead. I hear they just don’t want to spend time there if no one comes. Perhaps they need to spend time there praying for their flock. Okay, rant over.

I’m killing plants again. For some unknown reason during the winter I just can’t seem to keep them alive. I forget to water, forget to turn, and honestly this house is so very dark it drives me crazy! Back in the day I had awesome plants. I have friends who have awesome plants (wonder if they shake their heads at mine.)
Trump… I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t mention this… WOW just WOW at how things are for him. In 50 years I’d like to see what the history books have to say about all this. Does anyone else NOT understand the inconsistancies in this? Red vs Blue vs Wokes vs Progressives wiith the big bucks being spent like they were just a 1 or a 5? Then there’s the rest who are being bombarded with paid for media that insinuate something and when their half truth is laid out in front of them they refuse to acknowledge the insinuation. Should any of you need a lesson on the Constitution I have several good books from various authors (credible ones) I’d be happy to loan you. And then of course we have the sheep who follow without a clue and just want it all to be done and over. Trust me, it will never be done and over as long as people are unwilling to acknowledge there is another side, a different view, and stop blindly following. Ok, I’m off the soapbox.

Neuropathy Routine (NR from now on) completed
Intermitant Fasting (IF from now on) as ever steady it goes, nothing mind blowing just a steady loss of weight averaging 1-2# a week and steady decrease in body size. I very seldom even think about it now. Unless of course it is not my eating time and I’m somewhere they are serving awesome food.
Pioneer Catholic program at St Augustine… still thinking about what an impact seems to be happening there iin Platteville. I am wondering if Brew Catholic is having the same impact? Anyone know? Tahira?
I want to thank the team once again for a very informative info meeting and I encourage all to learn about this program and more importantly put your $$ into it. The young people of today are looking, let them find this good, wholesome, way to go before they find the other side of the coin.
Let me ask, if someone walked into your home today, heard no words and could only see… would they know you know Jesus? Would they know you were Catholic? If someone met you on the street, would they know you know Jesus by your action? Your dress? Your words?
