CPAP- on and off all night due to getting up to move for the cramping legs.
IF- on track except apparently the water intake. Will fix that today.
Ponder for today… Remorse and disgust are the necessary results of sin. Do you feel those when you sin? If not, have you confessed? Perhaps you should.
