Woke unrested with headache and the beginning of leg cramps. You know the vicelike ones that indicate you are low on something and need to drink lots of water. The use of the compression machine on Sunday was successful. I used it again last evening before bed. Hopefully daily use will get a better handle on this swelling.
The SUV is still not right. Not sure what to do next. Perhaps this is a sign to stop driving.
