NT- completed for the morning. Horrid leg cramps most of the night. Figure I didn’t get enough water yesterday.

CPAP- on and off all night due to getting up to move for the cramping legs.

IF- on track except apparently the water intake. Will fix that today.

Ponder for today… Remorse and disgust are the necessary results of sin.  Do you feel those when you sin?  If not, have you confessed? Perhaps you should.

Today’s ponder… I am capable of only feeble desires to do good, may “His Grace” make them effective.  I must examine my soul, find the sin I am most accustomed to committing and the virtue I principally lack and combat the sin and practice the virtue. Beginning again and again.

Today’s ponder… my body will once again unite with my soul and share with it eternal glory or the everlasting pains of hell.  1 Cor 15.  Our resurrection must begin in this life, it must be real and not apparent… we must rise never again to die in sin. Mt 5:48 a continual ascent towards perfection rising from sin to state of grace to fervor to sanctity.
