St Nicolas of Flue, leads us to use our god-given skills wherever and however they are needed. Father, reveal to me how I may use my talents for Your glory, praise, and honor.

Meditations for Each Day, pg. 106, Charitable Works, “there can be no real charity without justice.” We must prove our love for God by showing charity towards our neighbour. Everyone is obliged to do the spiritual works of mercy. But it does not excuse you from the exercise of material works of charity whenever that is possible .

Yesterday’s doctor appointment was rescheduled to May
The kitchen… hopefully something will happen in there today. I really don’t want to run out of steam, nor do I want to continue to live in the remodel mess. Yesterday was the 1st day of Spring, and if we don’t get these things finished it won’t happen till fall. We are so close to completion it hurts.
In mid-April, we will head to TX and spend a couple of days with Dennis.
Early May will find me spending a couple of days with a dear friend in IL.
Family History needs to be worked on
I need a new phone. This one is showing signs of aging and cannot be updated software-wise.
This morning I’m making a quick pick up/drop off and will do the return about 5 tonight.

Let’s think about the United States Postal Service
Rumor has it they want to increase the cost of a stamp to $1
As they are crying about how they are not being utilized as much, not having enough money to make it much longer.
It all boils down to service…
They are not providing the Customer Service
Therefore, people are going elsewhere.
Improving service creates more business and creates more revenue.
That pretty much covers it don’t you think?
