The photocopier is humming away this morning as I write. Two jobs were waiting for me yesterday when I arrived home. Amish teachers need worksheets copied. I truly enjoy doing this as it allows me to see what those students are being taught. Both schools are on my workshop route, so I will deliver them this morning as I make my way.

Yesterday, on my rounds, I found a new-to-me meat & cheese store in the Readstown area on Yttri Rd. I will definitely be heading back there this week.

The train was on time last evening, which meant I was home at a decent time. I am not always so fortunate when it comes to the Amtrak train. With winter weather coming, it will be more late than on time. Many times, the lateness is due to sharing the track with freight trains, which take precedence over passenger trains. I will say the price is right when it comes to travel, and I have never heard anything bad regarding accommodations.

Looking forward to another uneventful day today. Another expectant mother was added to my night driving list.

For the past 20 years, I’ve had thoughts of what a good location a particular house is in when I’ve gone by it. Yesterday I realized there was a for-sale sign in the yard. I checked it out, older home, 3 bd 1 bath, a couple acres, awesome price! I wish it had been up 20 years ago. Good fishing, canoeing, hunting, and cell reception (not always available in the driftless) area.

How are you?
