Chilly out here in the office this morning, time to bring out the heater for winter weather. For those who don’t know, my husband and 2nd son built an office for me in the attached garage. It holds plants, copiers & supplies, craft items, books, a good reading chair, walking pad, and lamp. I spend much time out here daily. My thinking, pondering, meditating spot. Right now, it is a mess, in dire need of cleaning.

Which brings me to a question: do you have a spot where you go to talk with Jesus? A comfortable spot, where you can spend time just thinking or creating? Consider finding a spot, even if it’s a corner of the sofa, with a basket/tote filled with your prayer items. Make a spot for you & Jesus to spend time.

My day should be fairly simple: a trip to the midwife with an expectant couple, a trip to drop off print copy at the printer for the Amish newspaper. Of course, the normal “laundry” will have to be done.

Know you are prayed for.
