RIAY Day124 Newness of Life
Go to confession & mass

Thought-provoking homily last evening at St. John’s Summit. Will have to ponder it more this week. I’d never likened the last few verses of the gospel reading (John 21:14-19) to confession previously.

The new recliner sofa was installed yesterday. The old recliners were moved to the porch and, sometime this week, to the garage for a rummage sale on the weekend. The old computer desk will also find itself there. I hope mercilessly, we are decluttering. The garden needs to be readied. Seems it rains each time we are ready, so Mother Nature must not be yet. Our focus now will most likely be the yard. We didn’t get finished what we had hoped to do in the house, but there will be time later, and at least the supplies are here (well, most of them). Today I will take people to the hospital for a visit and then return them home tonight. In between, I’ll enjoy the day with the man.

Know you are prayed for.
