I should be in the garage sorting and setting up but I do not want to wake the dog. Okay fine, it is a little bit that but I also don’t want to garage sale and I am procrastinating. It will happen today just give me a break. Hopefully, the children invited to come and peruse the items they may need will understand when they are no longer around for use.
Meanwhile, here on the porch, I am enjoying the coffee, the bird song, and the peacefulness of living in a small village in the wilds of Wisconsin.

The blood of the perfect lamb is spread on the doorposts and death passes over your house. The blood of Christ is shed for you and washes away your sins.
In telling you about the Station of the Eucharist, I hope you realize the scriptures are relevant even today. They are not just a story that gets passed down thru history. They are actual live events that are God-inspired writings giving you step-by-step instructions on what happened, what is happening, and what will happen. We in our humanness like to find reasons to continue our path of self-glory gorging ourselves to death on our vanity. God can and will lead us if we can only deny ourselves, listen, and follow. I fail miserably most days but continue on with hope that God will have mercy on me.
The search for a country rental is still on. The boy needs a place he can afford and still have his dog. Somewhere out there, an affordable rental is lurking that has space for a large dog to enjoy.
