My set of used “Prove It” books arrived. They look new.
J still searching for his own place. Almost choked when I found out what is being charged for rent these days. There is nothing affordable or even available in this area.
NT- completed for the morning. Horrid leg cramps most of the night. Figure I didn’t get enough water yesterday.
CPAP- on and off all night due to getting up to move for the cramping legs.
IF- on track except apparently the water intake. Will fix that today.
Ponder for today… Remorse and disgust are the necessary results of sin. Do you feel those when you sin? If not, have you confessed? Perhaps you should.
