I think I’ve mentioned previously that my feet feel like I am wearing tight socks all the time. Have also talked about my bones feeling very cold or very hot. As well as mentioning an electric buzzing in them. That I’m wobbly sometimes when I walk or that my feet feel numb or tingle. They have felt like this for years, at least 10. I’ve mentioned all this over the years to my medical doctors, most of whom never actually acknowledged I brought it up, some who said oh lose weight and it will be fine, others ckd my blood said it was good, others saying A1C is up but not over/or on the line. Someone just said learn to live with it. Of late, they seem more tingly, so the man and i went to a neuropathy seminar to see what could be done.
Today, I started a 90-day therapy course with Chiropractic Place in Onalaska. Was told to continue my chiro with Pene and reflexology with Tracy , both were good.. Along with adding a twice daily regime, which I will get into later.
If you are looking for help, call them. They let you know upfront if they can help you or not.
You do this at home with a mentor/coach, and they’ve had good success.
I started as soon as I got home. Have the second set left to do this evening.
Will have some scheduling things to deal with.
I’m thinking 2024 is my year.
