Well, the insurance adjuster called with their offer regarding the cadi. I told him there was no way I’d accept that offer. I can not begin to tell you how unhappy we are with American Family. They are so lacking in the customer service area. The last straw was when covid was used as an excuse for no one coming out to look at the damage done to the car by the hit & run driver. How lame in the excuse department. We will be insurance shopping.
We leave Monday morning for our bus tour. So looking forward to it.
